Hi, I’m Alena Lysiakova – a Belarusian-born screenwriter and narrative designer with a heart full of stories, the sarcasm of a sitcom writer, and just enough Eastern European trauma to keep things spicy.

With a BA in Journalism (AUBG, Bulgaria) and an MA in Serial Storytelling (IFS International Filmschule, Cologne), I’m trained to turn emotional chaos into sharp, compelling scripts.

I write bittersweet, cliché-dodging stories about love, identity, and all the weird mess in between – whether it’s drama, comedy, or a thriller with a pinch of dark humor.

I work across TV, games, and transmedia, in English, German, and Russian. Also, I’m a dragon (zodiac-wise), and dragons never stop breathing fire. 🐲
